What is your return and refund policy?

We provide frames and lenses with fine quality, and we will closely follow your prescription and requirement to make sure that eyeglasses are assembled perfectly and meet your requirement. If by any reasons, you are dissatisfied with our product, you can apply to our return & refund policies:

Time Reasons Refund
< = 5 days no reason full refund (shipping fee not included)
5 damaged full refund (shipping fee not included)
30 days damaged full price of the frame and 50% cost of the lens
No limited not match the prescription full refund or redo a new pair for free
No limited you provided the wrong prescription no refund
<= 7 days defective or damaged during the delivery (picture proved) send a new pair for free

For all returns, please contact our customer service firstly to get return address and authorization which is necessary for us to arrange returns. And all items should be sent back in their original condition with case and cleaning cloth.
