1.How long will I receive my glasses?

All our eyeglasses are custom made for your prescription. So it will take us 2 to 3 business days to make your orders. However, some special eyeglasses may need additional business days, such as rimless orders, bifocals and progressives orders, and those with transitions lenses, polarized lenses, or custom anti-reflective coatings.

As for the shipment, it usually takes 5 to 10 days to deliver your glasses. Some foreign shipments lie on the random customs and FDA checks, which may cause some unexpected delays. Therefore, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for special orders.

2.What methods do you use to deliver the glasses?

Currently, we will process and ship your order via EMS or DHL. With both service, you will receive a tracking number when we ship your order out. You can expect to receive your new glasses within 14 business days (it usually takes much less days).

3.Can I use my post office box address as the shipping address?

In order to deliver your order successfully, we suggest you use your home street address as the shipping address.

4.What is the shipping cost?

For every order totals more than $100, shipping to the first or second areas is free.
